The Steiner Academy prepares pupils for GCSEs in English Literature, English Language and Maths and also offers accredited units in science and crafts through the Open College Network (OCN).

The opening of the Academy has seen the launch of a new course in Environmental Studies, leading to a BTEC in Countryside and Environment, which is equivalent to 2 GCSEs and reflects the Academy's specialism.

In addition, the Academy provides a programme of ICT learning which leads to the award of the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).

Embedded in the broad and diverse Steiner curriculum, these programmes of study provide choices for life and further study.
