Important Public Notice – School Admission Arrangement Consultation
In accordance with the requirements of the 2014 School Admissions Code, The Trustees of the Steiner Academy Hereford (The Admission Authority) are proposing to amend the Admission Arrangements applying for the Academy, with effect from 1 September 2019.
Your attention is drawn to a public consultation which is commenced today, Monday 18th December 2017 and will close at 4pm on Wednesday 31 January 2018. During this consultation period, any person is invited to submit comment or objections to the proposals.

The amendments refer to:
- Admission Arrangements paragraphs 1.5 – amended to improve clarity, 1.6 – amended in line with statutory requirement.
- In-year transfer application form – re-organisation of form to include Section 3: Supporting Information.
What happens next?
Following closure of the consultation, the Academy Trustees will meet to consider any comments or objections returned during the consultation period and a formal response will be issued to the consultees. When the Admission Arrangements have been approved in final form by the Trust, the documents will be published on the ‘Steiner Academy Hereford’ website before the statutory deadline of 15th March 2018. All consultees will be informed of this publication.
